The wedding fees for 2011 are:
1. Publication of Banns and Certificate    £34.00

2. The Wedding Service*            £262.00
This cost is set by Parliament each year.

3. Wedding Certificate            £3.50

£7.00 if ordered subsequently

4. Organist’s Fee                £60.00
Payable even if you have your own organist/music group.

5. Verger’s Fee                £25.00

6. Sound Desk Operator’s Fee        £60.00
(if required—not at St Michaels or St James)

7. Church Fee                £100.00
A locally set fee to cover church expenses

8. Marriage Preparation Course        £25.00
(per couple)

Notes:
You will receive an invoice for fees before the day.
If a video recording is made an additional fee of £60 is charged to cover the copyright costs.
Fees are charged at the date of the wedding, not the date of
application.  If your wedding is in 2012, the above fees will have
increased slightly.
In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours of the wedding,
fees 1, 4, 5, 6 & 7 will be non-refundable.
