Job description

htcd is a vibrant and growing, ‘Word & Spirit’ Anglican church family of some 800 people of all ages, linked to the New Wine Network of churches, situated on the southern edge of Bath. Three years ago, we sent out our first mission congregation, have this year started an ‘Emerging Generation’ congregation and plan another ‘church plant’ in a new community church we are building in the Foxhill Estate area of the parish. We are looking to appoint a skilled manager who would be responsible for the day to day management of our office team and also oversee our technology systems

In particular, we seek someone who will

Motivate and inspire the office team to deliver all necessary work to support the operation of all the church ministries and missions
Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the objectives and targets of the Office Staff
Oversee the efficient delivery of all technology requirements
Work closely with the Vicar and Senior Pastors

If you have

Relevant experience and maturity
proven leadership, communication & organisational skills
a willingness to be flexible and the ability to work on your own initiative as necessary
an ability to both oversee and work as part of a team
Are a practising ‘Word and Spirit’ Christian
